I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, despite my request, were on the ground floor near the elevator, reception, and restaurant, which made them less comfortable than the standard double rooms. The service, however, was outstanding from the initial booking until our departure. The location was good with many dining options around, although the need to take transportation for shopping was a downside. The dining was enjoyable but had some minor issues. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
